4.Pakej2 yang telah dipilih semasa bayaran booking dibuat adalah tetap & tidak boleh ditukar.

a)Pengantin/Pelanggan tidak jadi mengambil saya sebagai photographer mereka.
b)Menukar tarikh yang telah ditetapkan.(akad nikah/sanding/outdoor/studio.)
c)Mengambil photographer lain.

6.Outdoor/Studio adalah percuma | mengikut pakej
- sy berhak untuk membatalkan photoshot outdoor/studio jika :
a) memerlukan penambahan hari lain.
b) diawal/dilewatkan dr tarikh yang sepatutnya.
c) jika sy mempunyai hal-hal lain atau hal2 yang tidak boleh dielakkan.(tidak disengajakan)
d) cuaca yang tidak sesuai.
e) Andai berlaku keadaan seperti ini. diharap para bakal pengantin dapat menerimanya. kita tak minta andai kata terjadi.budi bicara sentiasa diutamakan.
c)7.i- tempoh yang diambil untuk menyiapkan album :
- kebiasaannye 1 bulan - 3 bulan. Andai kata kata dimusim cuti sekolah. cuti2 umum. atau hari raya. kerja kerja menyiapkan album akan bertambah kerana bilangan org khawin ramai.
- sekiranya berlaku kelewatan yang disebabkan masalah teknikal. pengantin diberikan 2 pilihan.
a) sofcopy akan diberikan. bayaran akan mengikut harga pakej ''just for fun'' maknanya bayaran berdasarkan shot & burn.
b)menunggu dgn penuh sabar. atau memberi peluang saya menyiapkan album mengikut tempoh yang saya janjikan. under 5 bulan. diskaun akan diberikan. dan free gift yang setimpal.
d)8. softcopy
-saya hanya akan menyimpan softcopy selama 3 bulan selepas tarikh pengantin menerima album.
-jika berlaku kerosakkan pada sofcopy. ganti rugi akan diberikan. ganti rugi itu berbentuk.

atau, segala galanye insyallah boleh dibawa berunding.
